Enlightened Living operates by appointment only. Your satisfaction and business is very important to me. I will be as flexible as possible to work with what is convenient for you.

If you are running late for your appointment, I am happy to accommodate if time allows.
If not, however, there are 2 options:

• You may receive a shortened service. Charge to be determined based on what treatments are administered.
• One-time complimentary reschedule for another date and time.

Cancellation Policy
It is company policy to require that all guests give a 12 hour notification of cancellation; failure to do so or “no shows” may result in a 50% charge or standard fee of the scheduled treatment(s). A valid credit card may be required to hold any appointments scheduled.

Payment
Payment is due by the end of treatment. Venmo, cash and all major credit cards accepted.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available in any dollar denomination and are perfect for any occasion!
